Our Vision
We are building a centre where women can access the tools and support they need to improve their lives and their families’ futures.
The Women’s Centre will serve as a hub for:
- Skills training and vocational learning
- Business and entrepreneurship support
- Community empowerment programs
- Safe space for women’s growth and collaboration
Our goal is to create a permanent space that strengthens women’s independence and opportunity.
Current Status: Under Construction
The Women’s Centre is currently being developed in phases.
What has been done so far:
- Land secured for the project
- Community engagement and planning completed
- Initial development work started
We are now raising funds to continue construction and complete the facility. Your support directly moves this project forward.
Planned Activities at the Women’s Centre
Once completed, the centre will support practical, income-generating programs for women, including:
- Tailoring and vocational training
- Business and financial literacy training
- Group savings and enterprise development
- Mentorship and leadership development
- Community support and women’s group activities
These programs are designed to help women become economically independent and self-reliant.
Connected Work: Kibiribiri Hub
While the centre is under construction, women are already benefiting from programs at the Kibiribiri Hub.
At the hub, women are:
- Learning practical skills for income generation
- Starting small businesses
- Receiving mentorship and group support
- Building financial independence
The Women’s Centre will expand and strengthen this work to reach more women across Kyampisi and surrounding communities.
