Our current work focuses on empowering women and improving livelihoods through practical, community-led programs in Kyampisi and surrounding areas.
We are building long-term opportunities for women through skills training, income generation, and access to safe community spaces.
Women’s Empowerment at Kibiribiri Hub
At the Kibiribiri Community Hub, women are actively engaged in programs that support economic independence and personal growth.
Our work here includes:
- Skills training for income generation
- Small business development support
- Group savings and financial literacy
- Practical mentorship and community support
This hub is the foundation of our women’s empowerment work and a key step toward the larger Women’s Centre.
Building the Namanganga Women’s Centre
We are currently developing the Namanganga Women’s Centre, a permanent space designed to expand and strengthen women’s programs.
The centre will provide:
- Structured skills training programs
- Safe space for learning and collaboration
- Entrepreneurship and business support
- Long-term community empowerment initiatives
This centre will scale the work already happening at Kibiribiri Hub to reach more women across the region.

Environment & Community Sustainability
Alongside our women’s empowerment programs, we are also supporting environmental awareness and community sustainability activities that benefit families in Kyampisi & Kimenyedde.
These activities are especially important for women and children who are most affected by environmental challenges in rural communities.
Environmental Awareness & Community Action
We work with local communities, including children and families, to promote:
- Tree planting and environmental protection
- Clean and safe community surroundings
- Awareness on climate and health issues
- Community participation in sustainability efforts
These activities help create a healthier environment where women can live and work more safely and productively.
